This lesson is designed to educate students and teach dining etiquette in a fine restaurant. Focusing on these classes will give the learners the tools to recognize all utensils for a six-course meal, how to use them, how to eat a whole lobster, and how to learn dreadful dining errors. This class will empower them and increase their self-image and confidence. Without understanding these lessons, they will feel awkward in a formal setting. Without this basic training, the youth may not understand how to interact in certain social settings and dining etiquette. Juvenile Offenders often are uncomfortable in social and business environments and have not acquired the skills to adapt to different perspectives and behaviors in the areas above.
